Friday the 13th is going to be my lucky day. I just got picked up and I’m heading to the VA to get the cast removed from my hand, can’t wait! One step further on the road to recovery! (at West Palm Beach VA Medical Center)

Heading home! Came down to get checked out today. Things are progressing on track. I’m healing well so far (I hope it continues). All the support from family and friends helps too! (at West Palm Beach VA Medical Center)

Went down on I-95S heading into Miami yesterday. A suburban cut me off and started to drive me into the median in the HOV lane and tried to stop abruptly did not run into him doing 70 miles an hour and lost control and went down rather than trying to smash him in rolled they say 60 feet or so and then stopped. People were there to help me right away that are very very nice and helpful. I had a full face helmet on and a mesh jacket with armor in it. They saved me. A few broken bones and a few back ribs and some road rash. I got very lucky. Thought I wa going to get hit by the car behind me. Lizzy has been in the recliner next to me all night. I’m a very lucky man. (at Delray Medical Center)
