anyone else have hyperawareness for literally every part of their body and thus have sensory issues when it comes to getting comfortable or sleeping on bed so you shift around your position 5000000 times before getting exhausted so you just decided to stay completely still and fight every urge to move again because that one specific part on your thigh is feeling cold since the blanket is not covering that part but if u do cover that part you feel like youre overheating so now you need to find a new position to prevent all that but u cant move bc if you move youll circle back to square one to get comfortable and it feels like literally every single joint needs a specific shaped pillow to support them so they dont tense up and get achy, in which in the end you end up tiring yourself and falling asleep from the exhaustion? just me?
