YESSSS I am so hyped about everything!!

I love that they don't know what being a human fully means, which is awesome because they are right !! i don't know what being a human means either ! who says you cant look like a mouse ??

and it's awesome because specifically in a town with a monster population they chose to be HUMAN, I wasn't questioning that at first because of course they are human because of the undertale reference

but i like to think of it as them taking direct inspiration from Kris! they recognize they are different than asgore, but still love him and are loved by him, like kris! they are like his adopted children too :D

and I really like the conflict that exists between their existence and Kris. like kris clearly struggles with their humanity, they don't want to be a human and hate that part of themselves.

this is especially interesting because the dark world is made by kris! I wonder if kris had any influence in telling the flowers' story and if it reflects kris's feelings about their humanity in a way, or did the flowers decide to be human on their own, which forced kris into confronting these feelings and beliefs about themselves
