Wanted to work on some character design and do a pose study, so I made myself a Tenna-living-with-Mettaton design to fit my au-esque Deltarune for when he appears in the Piper series!
Tried to give him a very glam-showhost outfit after looking at male fashion parade pictures and basing it on Mettaton's bedroom from Undertale. Lots of pink, stars, and high heels for our favorite TV host! Here are some thoughts and ideas behind the outfit:
First things first, I hope the callback to SU Sardonyx is evident! She and the arts of Tenna looking more ant-like were my main sources of inspiration, especially when I decided to give him secondary arms
Gave him a single coat tail to also resemble an ant more, just like Toby's first Tenna design and fanart. The star on the back was reminiscent of Defernull's Tenna, but I made it a six-point star instead
He does change outfits mid-performance like regular Tenna does but I gotta design it lol I imagined a purple/navy one as a stand-in for Dr. Tenaville's black suit one! :)

As stated, Tenna has secondary arms that he uses to express himself and help settle his new TV Time Studio. But due to the Cleaving, Tenna's main arms will gradually become weaker, and he will be seen using his secondary arms more often. Even tho he was fixed, the cleaving left some sequels that not even the strongest healing magic can fix.
Just a few ideas I had to toss around somewhere! :) A glam Tenna in a Dark World based on Mettaton’s bedroom concept is somewhat inspired by @hirngespinst-phi ‘s Mettopolis AU! Very good stuff, check it out if you can
