So this morning I was feeling really anxious, I was worrying about how certain things in my life were going to manifest. And then the penny dropped; I realised in that moment all I needed to do was shift my perception & come back to the NOW. And that is exactly what I did. I felt anxious because I was focused on lack, I was focused on the absence of what I wanted, rather than be in the space of abundance & appreciation for what I already have; which is plentiful. We are LIMITLESS & infinite beings in an infinite and limitless universe. We have the power in any moment to chose love over fear, to focus on abundance rather than lack. Fear is the energy that contracts, love is the energy that expands. 😍🌟 When we are in the flow of expansion we open ourselves up to the infinite possibilities that lie before us. It is never our job to worry about how things are going to manifest, and that is what I remembered this morning. That as citizens of the universe it is our job only to make sure that we are on a high frequency so that we can become a vibrational match to the things that we want. Then we need to detach and let the universe surprise us. 😝
