Herbology has a taupe-y cousin named Chrysalism, a word coined by The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows {dictionaryofobscuresorrows}.

n. the amniotic tranquility of being indoors during a thunderstorm, listening to waves of rain pattering against the roof like an argument upstairs, whose muffled words are unintelligible but whose crackling release of built-up tension you understand perfectly.

so I am not one for makeup, mostly because I am lazy af, but I’ve been quietly eyeballing kaeqshop‘s stuff for a while because 1. it is run by my friend and 2. PRETTY COLORS I just haven’t had the money to spare on something I’m not likely to use often

ANYWAY I bought some when the new shop opened and it got here a few days ago but I was waiting for my mom to come back before I tried it on, mostly bc I wanted to laugh at her expression when she saw me with green lips

I didn’t get any pictures because I am a forgetful biscuit but friends. FRIENDS. those beso balms are the best. I have never been more comfortable with having makeup on my mouth. also Herbology is gorgeous and I am so glad. I wasn’t sure I would like the very green Aguataque on me but TURNS OUT I do, especially with my pink hair, I am the flower, it is me
