Hello, all! My name is Al, and Iām the person who runs this blog. I wasnāt gonna put my real name, but the only way I can shorten my username is to āDreamā, and I think thatās taken by some guy on YouTube that everyone hates. So, you can call me Al.
Iām 26, have been alive since Caesar crossed the Rubicon, and am (ostensibly) a Leo. I use any pronouns, so long as youāre being polite!
This is primarily a blog about the Beatles and the Monkees, with other interests poking out here and there. Youāll also find Joni Mitchell, Hermanās Hermits, and some others on here! Youāll see a LOT of 2001: A Space Odyssey content. Apologies in advance.
Iām an ex-Disney Cast Member, so sometimes I post about Disney stuff! If youāve worked at the parks, or just like Disney and want to say hello, feel free to drop in. I worked at the Coronado Springs in Florida, for anyone with similar hotel trauma. Thankfully, Iām now in the wonderful world of museums!
As for other interests, I love Star Wars, Metal Gear Solid, Fallout, Star Trek, and PokĆ©mon! I generally donāt post much about those things, but if youāre into them feel free to engage me about them. Iām always keen on meeting new friends.
By trade Iām an archivist (and will sometimes post about museum-world goings-on), but Iām an artist for the love of the game. Iām not a very GOOD artist by any stretch of the imagination, but I post my art nonetheless. If you have any requests, drop them in the ask box and I may draw them!
