i uh. didnt use a grid unfortunately… the entire thing was made freehand in around three hours using only my finger bc i dont have a stylus for my switch….would love to share it if i could though :[
you can go to the palette house and edit the album, then go into the settings section and add a grid there ^_^ you don't have to actually change anything, just take the picture and then exit w/o editing :333
this is what the grid looks like.. not sure how helpful it might be, but i have seen a website that lets you convert images to pixel art suitable for tomodachi life!! (also i am so sorry if im not understanding if theres a better way to do this i lowkey have no idea)
