New Routine
Hey guys! So it's been a while. But I'm on university holidays at the moment so I can really get back into making some healthier changes in my life. I'm posting this here for me, but feel free to use anything I've posted :) I'm trying to fix my sleeping pattern as well as remove processed food from diet and increase my water intake.
Week 1 (29th June-5th July):
1. 7 am wakeup all week.
2. 11 pm bedtime all week.
3. Remove lollies, chips, biscuits and other processed sweets from diet.
4. 20 minute rower + 40 minute treadmill twice a day.
5. Stretching routine.
6. Drink 1L of water a day.
Week 2 (6th July - 12th July):
1. 6 am wakeup all week.
2. 10 pm bedtime all week.
3. Remove pasta, rice and cereal from diet.
4. 30 minute rower + 40 minute treadmill twice a day.
5. Stretching routine.
6. Drink 1.5L of water a day.
Week 3 (13th July - 19th July):
1. 5.30 am wakeup all week.
2. 9 pm bedtime all week.
3. Remove bread from diet.
4. 40 minute rower + 40 minute treadmill twice a day.
5. Stretching routine.
6. Drink 2L of water a day.

Lets get a few things very clear
Carbs do not make you fat.
Nothing in moderation makes a difference to how your body looks.
It’s ok to treat yourself!
Your body can handle extra calories relatively frequently.
Water has no calories.
Sugar is not the devil.
Pasta is not the devil.
No food in the world is the devil because food is essential to everything in the world ever.
And don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Including the little voice in your head.
