When your on a weight loss regimen and your serious about it, you have to realize that not everyone around you will be on one too. It can make social situations awkward when you face food options that do not comply with your regimen. Also when others don't think your serious they might become your worst enemy by blindly throwing their thoughts and beliefs on weight loss at you. They might even pressure you into breaking it and even suggest to you regimens that they don't even follow them selves. My point is if you're serious about losing weight, then make sure others around you know you're serious so they back off and respect your choices. It's just harder to be disciplined when you don't Inform others you have a conditioned diet. Tips: •simplify your I'm on a diet speech "I can't, I'm on a strict diet" •make sure you actually have a tightly structured regimen that you are disciplined at following. •have conviction when refusing foods •if all else fails, be moderate, minimize intake, and be ready to exercise.

Goal Day 28/21
I'm late posting Starting weight: 248 Current weight: 242 Bit off more than I can chew but still there's progress. I did not get to reach my 10lb weight loss goal but I still continue. Anyways I didn't want to be drastic with it. I want something I can live with so with that said I know since I started I've learned some valuable things. Without counting calories I have been able to gauge through portion size how much food to eat for weight loss, weight gain, or maintenance. I've been a lot more disciplined in getting more cardio/weightlifting throughout the week (at least 4-5 times a week). Slow, steady, sure! Ray
Goal: day 7/21 No I didn't plan of posting every single day... Starting weight: 248 Currently: 243.4 Almost 5lbs gone. Been keeping heavy meals in the morning, I supplement some meals with superfood shakes. Oh and my latest fitness craze is swimming and I'm working my way up getting better at it!
