I have ADHD severe combined, depression, severe generalized anxiety disorder, and probably autism i was diagnosed with Aspergers but thats not a thing anymore and when i go to the doctor sometimes they mention me being autistic but also sometimes when i bring it up they say that thats not on their file so idfk dude

I rly rly like tmf thats the main reason i made this blog is to post about it without annoying the shit out of my moots who dont like it

just a heads up: trigger warning for suicide mentions. it's not explicit or anything, but i feel like i should put this here anyways.

you know that one amv rosy made that implied zander was suicidal? i feel like she should delve more into that in s2. because it was only ever shown in that one amv and like, nowhere else that i know of. shouldn't that aspect of zander's character be more important?

idk if rosy would bring up such a serious topic in s2 but im kinda hoping it isn't just brushed aside forever.

I really do appreciate how Liam and Henry are actually very different characters. It would have been easy to make them the same person twice, but instead they were given a ton of differences, even if some of them are small. One of which I was thinking about today: Liam is shown rather consistently to be the one to cheer Henry up, whenever the mood gets serious or Henry seems sad. You can really tell that Liam’s made it his job to keep the two of them happy for years.

And that contrasts very heavily with basically every attempt Henry makes at levity in the series. His success rate for cheering anyone up is so extremely low compared to Liam’s, lol. He’s had exactly one success:

And everything else has been a catastrophic failure.

Henry doesn’t seem to know how to handle Drew or Jake when they are upset, meanwhile Liam has got a 100% success rate because he only ever seems to seriously try to cheer up Henry specifically, and he is very well-practiced in that.

So it seems to me that while Liam has been in a supportive role for years for Henry, Henry is very out of practice when it comes to deescalation and being the mood-lifter, especially for Jake and Drew. He is not used to his friends fighting and being upset with each other, and he hates it, but he has no idea how to help. So usually he just tries what he knows Liam does for him when he’s upset, no matter how inappropriate the timing is.

Jake and Daisy have much more in common than they thought. Both felt (or still feels) like they had to meet people expectations in other to be accepted and had to hide a parts of themselves in order to fit into the preexisting mold that was created for them. And now, if Jake became normal and saw her more like a human being and less like his guardian angel, thier dynamic would start to be a little more interesting. They both would have this understanding for one another since, only they know how much you can lose, if you stop do what was expected of you. At the same time they could use this understanding as a way to help each other in finding themselves and thier own voices, or just accepted the fact that they had to play into these roles and be miserable as a result, but at least they have someone who understands this situation. So they can either evolve together or be stuck in the cycle with each other.
