Week 1 - Not a great start; forgot to weigh myself at the start of the week, but at least I've done that now and know what my 'zero' state is.
Diet - hmm...also not a good start. I've started eating more in the day to help stop me picking in the evening but old habits die hard.
Exercise - Not great, but I went on a 3 mile walk yesterday, which is 3 miles more than usual. Bike still doesn't have any tyres on it.
Targets - Stop raiding the biscuit barrel and put the tyres back on the bike so I can go for a ride next weekend.
Same time, same place next week :)
