So so so so here's the gist

Ash and his companions and friends and stuff are all in a professional orchestra together

Ash is the peppy "knows everyone" panromantic percussionist, he has a sunshine on his shirt,

Goh is the loner Cello gay that can't accept that people care about him because of the lack of famial and friendly support so he pushes everyone away until he becomes a part of the orchestra

All of Ash's companions play instruments, including past companions, like Clemont. He plays accordian, but when there's no accordion parts he plays in the percussion section with Ash! James and Jessie are also in the orchestra, Jessie plays Trumpet and James plays the harp, mostly for my soul to heal
