I'm a DISGUSTING person

It’s your fave nerd here. I want to do a little movie streaming of Repo The Genetic Opera to test out a Caduceus Clay muse, and what better way to do that than invite everyone of you! 

“Mmh.” It was then the goblin places her hand—her gross, gross, slimy, sharp hand—on her chin in thought. She hated her hand–so she places it back down. The riddle sounded so simple, and yet it was confusing. So much so that she has to repeat it, dragging out the ‘eeee’ each time.

“Is it…the sound a bat makes?”

EXAMINE MOLLY                     -YES

Things seems to be so easy for him, his effortless tone, his deft smile as he flirted with people to get his way. Something you wondered in marvel where he learned, if there was a school for such a thing. Though you knew it couldn’t be true. Molly struggled with the little things just as he did. He just knew how to hide it better than you. He knew how to blend in far more that he, which in a sense was ironic because you had spend days, months, YEARS working to become the most discreet person around and yet here came along this peacock of a man and somehow he fit in better than anyone. Everyone in the party fit in better than you. 

And yet somehow despite the fact that he fit in so well, you couldn’t ever keep your eyes off the Tiefling. The sway of ever enchanting robes and the boisterous laugh that always seemed to have him swiftly changing where he was looking to see what had earned such a beautiful sound in the dreary rooms of tavern after taven as they traveled. 

MOVE CLOSER            -YES

You moved closer on the bench to the other. Taking notice that Molly seemed to pay either no mind or didn’t notice. Either way it was okay as long as he didn’t reject the movement, you could play it off that the cold was getting to you. You had handed off your coat to Nott, who originally insisted that she didn’t need it. But after a soft argument she finally relented and with some effort you had peeled off the fabric and handed it over to the small goblin woman.

Either way, you found yourself moving closer. Now right beside the tiefling. Shoulder to shoulder. Smiling as a robed arm moved behind you and rested nicely on your shoulder. A soft gesture that only seemed to offer the comfort and care that you hadn’t realised was missing.

LAY YOUR HEAD DOWN          -YES

You lay your head on his shoulder. Closing your eyes as you listened to every slow breath that left the other. Finding your once quickened breath from anxiety falling into a soothing rhythm just as Molly’s was. Just breathing in time. One step at a time until you are calm once more. Though you dare not move.

He speaks, and for a moment it startles you, but he quiets and allows you to calm once more. Then trying once more to speak. 

“You’re doing great dear.”

Those words circle in your head for a moment. You are doing great. How was that possible. How were you doing well? You couldn’t wrap your mind around it, but Molly believed it, and so why shouldn’t you? He hasn’t given you a reason not to trust him yet.
