Alfonse: has been the prominent force for three books now with his issues being the most prominent thing at the forefront. First with his whole Zacharias plot point, then with him being the strategizer for Book 2, THEN him having to one day lead Askr and having to deal with possibility of dying.
Anna: Commander of Order of Heroes... never does any actual commanding and all her relevance is regulated to paralogues and jokes about her always failing with making a profit.
Sharena: Wants friends, makes friends, only had one little paralogue that actually HINTED she could possibly be developed and nothing came about from it. [Echoes of Mystery]Â Has pretty much no relevance on the story and is never treated as if sheâs anything more than Alfonseâs sister. She gets dialogue occasionally in books but nothing that results in her hardening up or becoming a better warrior in story.
Is there some behind the scenes rule that no one but Alfonse [out of the Askr trio] is allowed to get development and prominence?
If FEH didnât waste parts of its chapters introducing new units and just worked more on making a cohesive story. It might actually become a better game! The most reason end chapter involving Hel was so underwhelming and disappointing.
On a side-note, stop making this ONLY the Alfonse show, give the female main characters at least prominence and develop them beyond what they are. Oh and I guess that whole plot point of Sharena dying was fake and pointless.

Awakening reads like a bad fanfiction, a bad fanfiction that could only work as an AU. The ending just makes it all the worse. I can entirely believe the story was written by someone who doesnât care about Fire Emblem. The supports were added first and the story was second. Heck, it shouldnât even matter whoâs Lucinaâs mom in Awakeningâs timeline because she comes FROM AN ALTERNATE FUTURE COMPARED TO THAT OF THE MAIN CAST. Heck her relevance falls through rather soon in the story aside from accidentally bringing Grima to the past. Honestly, Lucianâs kind of an idiot, which I guess she gets from Chrom, because if she was smart she wouldnât have let such a thing happen. Speaking of Chrom heâs an even BIGGER IDIOT for running around with the Falchion, which is a very important weapon, and should he die by chance against an enemy? WHOOPS GUESS FAM LOSES FALCHION CAUSE OF HIS DUMB ASS. But hey, Lucina wonât die from that will she? Because sheâs not from the future of Awakeningâs world since for her, her future already happened.
Faye is a better archer than Takumi
This is fact and youâre better off feeding him to her so she can have his skill, since sheâll make better use of it.

Nino is probably the most garbage mage in this game.
Sheâs practically useless in most fights, Iâm not sure why anyone even uses her, it would be better just to use an axe unit or bunny camilla instead. At least they donât die like stupid Nino.

There are far too many and it doesnât help that a majority of them are godawful. Most are pretty bad at playing the character in question.
Takumi is such a terrible character, glad I had the chance of killing him in Conquest.
Donât be an idiot, donât make a Fankid for Fire Emblem, youâll just embarrass yourself. Also, donât preach about how amazing Awakening is when it has some of the worst characters in the series. Mainly Lucina of course.
Fankids and OCs are whatâs really killing the Fire Emblem fandom right now, theyâre like a cancer. All they do is ruin the real fun of discussion about all the various characters involved in the fandom. Itâs not really helped that most of this cancer is courtesy of the disgusting Awakening fanbase who only cares about stupid mary sue child Lucina.
