Four years of intermittent requests later (!) I’ve finally got around to making a downloadable pattern for my Black Phillip tribute, so you can work your own magic on it.

Fiona Apple fans, rejoice - during lockdown, I designed this for She Sells Sanctuary, a non-profit collective who raise money for domestic violence charities and support services here in Northern Ireland. 

If anything good has come out of a the past 7 months of global crisis, it’s that I’ve finally made something new to put on my stagnant Tumblr blog.

Thank you Megan, for helping me through 2020.

I made this last summer after seeing Kronos Quartet perform some of the original soundtrack to The Fountain, so it is loosely based on both of those things.

I am now living in Leeds in West Yorkshire!

I have some new work in this show which opens next week. Sadly I can’t be there in person for the opening due to work commitments, but if you’re in Belfast next weekend then call into Skullduggery on the Dublin Road and see it for yourself…! 

I’ll post photos of the finished piece after the exhibition opens.

Seriously enjoying seeing all the posts from the show...it's amazing to see see so many of my favourite embroiderers in the one exhibition and I'm just sorry that it's so far away from me...!
