I know that as a minor, it's really hard to find roleplays with other minors. (I was just trying to find some today and- most of the people on here are adults, so it's hard to find people in your age range especially if you're under 18.
If you are over 18, please don't interact with this blog! There are plenty of blogs to help you find roleplays if you are over 18 (I would know, I've stumbled upon a lot of them).
1. Be 13-17. I know there may be people younger than that on Tumblr, but- honestly there shouldn't be. And I always find it hard to find people to roleplay with in this age range.
2. Add your age/age range, as well as the ages you want your partner to be, so that people who are searching for roleplay partners can find you easily.
3. Add ways to contact you, whether by sharing some other social (Discord, Instagram, Snapchat, or your Tumblr). If you want to stay anonymous, just say "like this post and I'll contact you" or something like that :)
4. Specify fandoms you're willing to do and ships from the fandom (full name of ships, fandoms, and characters), or if you want to do ocs (self explanatory I think)
5. Also specify your pairings gender (like if you only want to do bxb, bxg, gxg, trans male x male, it doesn't matter, etc)
6. Add how literate you want your partner to be! So everyone is clear, roleplays that are like
*John walked up* Hey
will be "starred roleplays"
John walked up. "Hey."
will be "non-starred"
People who write one sentence or less are non-literate, those who write two sentences to two paragraphs are semi-literate, and any more are literate. (This is just to make it easier as one person's definition can be different from another's). Also add if you do first person, second person, or third person roleplays. (Also I'm really tired so this is a simple way of writing it).
7. Please don't be graphic in your requests! This includes graphic nsfw (which you technically shouldn't do but hey, not on me to judge), as well as graphic violence and gore. Please talk about that in messages with your partner.
8. Please write your triggers! And possible things that might trigger others (although you can't know everything, you can still try).
9. Absolutely no requests with incest, pedophilia, or huge age gaps (like 12 year old and 18 year old characters in a romantic roleplay).
10. If you'd like, you can also add general requests for partners (I want them to be a girl, I'd like for them to be able to speak Spanish, i prefer to rp with anime face claims, i prefer to rp with ocs) but this shouldn't be used for malicious purposes, and you have to understand that people don't have to abide by these rules (as they're just suggestions. If you want a rule to be followed, be specific and also ask your potential partner directly).
11. If you want, add favorite tropes, AUs, etc! That'll help.
12. Don't be afraid to share a bit about yourself! That'll help you find someone with a similar interest as you other than roleplays.
13. Wait at least a week before resending the same ad. I don't want to clog up the requests with the same thing over and over (You can send asks for different stuff, you just can't ask for the same thing more than once in a week). (And to add to that, please don't ask "have you posted my ask yet/how many asks are in the inbox/etc" as I do not have the time for it).
14. Homophobia, racism, misogyny, sexism, etc will not be tolerated.
15. If there is a post that you think breaks these rules, please send me a dm! There is a high chance that I just didn't realize.
16. If someone you find through this bullies, harasses, or does anything inappropriate to you, message me (with pictures or something as evidence) and they will be blocked from being able to interact with this blog.
