HAPPY BIRTHDAY QUEEN!!

So, I’ve been seeing a few comments and posts recently about his relationship with Travis, about his weight loss and about his happiness and life in general idk. And a lot of them are making me really mad.

1. Travis has a “reputation” for being “the bad guy” and a lot of people in this fandom hate him and I honestly don’t understand why. In fanfiction he is often portrayed as a bad, drunken and abusive person and Mitch is always the “victim” so he can end up with Scott. But fanfiction is FICTION and it’s ok as long as it remains being just FANFICTION. My point is: it is great to write/read fanfiction and you can write/read whatever your heart disires, what is not so ok is when you take someone who is bad in fanfiction and treat them like they’re bad in real life. A buch of people actually believe that Travis was this abusive guy that didn’t love Mitch and just wanted him to be unhappy and depressed. Look, I don’t know why they broke up, and I don’t need to know, but I do know that Travis is a very sweet and kind guy, who was a very good friend to a lot of Mitch’s friends (f.e. Kirstie, Scott, Alyssa, Hayley, Esther and all those sexy wonderful people) and they all seemed to like him very much and support them as a couple. Mitch loved Travis very much and the feeling was mutual judging by their instagram/twitter/facebook. They broke up after a long-ass and loving relationship, maybe things just didn’t work out or maybe it was a very dramatic relationship ending but the thing is we don’t know how it was and we shouldn’t know because it’s their private life (well, if your name is Mitch Grassi or Travis Wright then yes you should know lol) and we shouldn’t assume things like this because they affect real people, with real life feelings.

2. The second thing I wanted to talk about are the rumors of Mitch having depression because of Travis. First of all: no. Second: those are just rumors. Mitch actually tweeted a while back saying that he is the happiest gay boy alive and honestly I really don’t think he has depression. But, again, it shouldn’t be anyone’s business but his because this is his private life.

3. The last topic I wanted to cover was about Mitch’s weight loss (damn girl looking good). We all know our Mitchy is handsome and sexy in every way but I have seen some youtube comments - I kid you not - saying that Mitch lost weight because of Travis. People are actually spreading that Travis was abusive, and made Mitch feel bad about himself so he would lose weight. BITCH NO. Mitch went gluten free, that’s why he lost so much weight, AND he also did that for himself, not for anyone else but himself. Mitch promotes body positivity and self-love so why would he lose weight for someone other than himself? Maybe it was something he wanted to accomplish idk but I think he looks like a hot dad always no matter what. ALSO SUPER IMPORTANT: Travis loved Mitch when he was super slim (sing-off days approximately) and when he got a lil’ bit more chubby so the whole “Travis made him lose weight” doesn’t make any sense.

during their debut days i can laugh at how playful they were but watching this in Running Man recently brought tears to my eyes with that heart of a SHINHWA CHANGJO full or respect and love for these men..
