Dennis Nilsen, also known as ‘The Kindly Killer’, murdered fifteen young men between 1978 and 1983. He regularly performed sex acts on the corpses and would wash, dress and care for them as if they were living people. Colleagues recalled him as being an extremely argumentative, bossy and frustrating person to be around and that he had few friends. What Nilsen craved was a lasting homosexual relationship with him being the dominant but what partners he had didn’t stay for long due to his abrasive personality.
