I'mma show you how great I am

So if anyone from the good old days is still active and following me, then you'll know I haven't posted on here in maybe 2 years? 

Time for an update. 

First of all, I have been extremely busy and have made many changes to my life. I am no longer a vet student, and am now getting my master's degree followed by PhD in food science and nutrition, beginning my research on the prevention of type two diabetes using natural products. I have made some solid progress and findings that I will be presenting in Chicago this summer!

Next, this past summer of 2014 in june, I competed in the INBF Northeast Classic, and won the overall title in the Novice division! This means that next time I compete, it is to go pro in the WNBF!

This competition will most likely be in the summer of 2016, as all I need to do is pack on some more size. I competed in that show at 5% body fat at 169 lbs. To win pro, I should probably be a little leaner, and around 180-185 lbs on stage, which means a serious bulk. I am now 200 lbs at roughly 10-11% body fat, so I will start a small maintenance cut to 185 lbs next week, then continue my bulk to a hopeful 210-215 lbs and 10% body fat, followed by contest prep for my pro card in the summer of 2016!
