I can’t draw, but i would like to paint an imaginary picture for you of a group of goblins gathered for a funeral, headed back to their cars, carrying away an uncharacteristically still goblin toddler who doesn’t quite know how to react on this strange day. As they walk away, they leave behind a younger Sklonda Gukgak dressed entirely black who tries to keep a brave face for a few minutes, but, when her family is far enough from the grave, she breaks down weeping, clinging to her husband’s gravestone.

Somewhere in heaven, unseen on Sklonda’s plane, Pok Gukgak does the same, looking at his wife and seeing her weep, knowing there is nothing he can do to comfort her ever again.
