i know im not a big or even important creator in the fandom but i genuinely just am not gonna participate in further madness days if i keep having to see so many shitty people get constant praise and attention, knowing its just making their ego grow even bigger.
i know too many people who have been victims to how fucking insane this fandom is and every single time theyre told “just block them!” when you literally CANT just block them because theyre everywhere and have such a tall platform in the fandom. quiet madness is such a big group that is constantly collaborating on madness fan stuff and everybody just ignores how nasty and horrible they are.
ive been in this fandom for nearly half my life now, and made art/watched every stream in its full length every madness day for around 5 years straight. i refuse to keep doing this every year if i just keep having to go through the constant stress of seeing these people (who have sometimes directly harassed my own friends) be interviewed and get cash awards for their stuff.
