The outer material is thick, durable PVC, highly resistant to tearing or stretching. Several broad black restraint straps encircle the body at regular intervals, each secured with heavy-duty buckles. These straps prevent movement of the torso and legs and ensure that the containment system remains tightly fitted. The lower face of the violent young man is covered by a secure protective mask, further limiting his ability to interfere with the restraints.
