every time i have an inappropriate reaction to something - like if someone is angry or annoyed and i react to it like it’s a catastrophic situation - my follow up reaction is to be FURIOUS at my mother for raising me in a culture of fear, and trying to gaslight me as an adult to remember it differently. i don’t know how to heal this, and it negatively impacts my current healthy relationships.

wonder if i’ll ever feel like i’m just inherently worthy of love and not like i have to give every ounce of energy to everyone in my life just to earn a small piece of what i give to them.
