the number one surefire way to make people remember something is to annoy them so here’s an annoying announcement that some of the douchebags i keep seeing are gonna get mad at and then remember because it made them mad

1. If you menstruate your periods will not stop immediately and it is likely that you will bleed or spot irregularly through the first two months or so. ( stock up on Any supplies you might need and be patient while your body adjusts)

2. There is no real timeframe as to when noticeable physical changes begin, every body is different, some take more time than others to grow more hair or change voice pitch. Just expect differences to be gradual.

3. Your immune system is likely to become weak, try to get in the habit of taking vitamins daily to stay healthy.

4. Just like first puberty you can probably expect some acne.
