Them Fatale

Something wild has come over me. I am purging, literally purging, physical things from my home and garage as if I’m no longer the same person who I was when I had this stuff.

I can’t explain it or describe it. I’m just done with all of it. It isn’t me anymore. I mean some of it I guess is still me but I didn’t realize just how much I was holding on to.

Being a slave to the scroll had me asleep. Doing nothing but working and surviving had me stuck.

No more. All this manifesting and energy work has helped me break some things wide open! Getting off social media on this sabbatical has been life changing. And yes I’m posting on tumblr but I’m basically just using this as a journal. No endless scrolling. Just a few little aesthetic things and some shouting into the void because my therapist agreed it was a good idea lol.

Aaaaanyway.

Purging. Making room. Waning moon. Reflecting. Cataloging. Taking stock. Just filing away all this internal dialogue I’m having and pushing through this massive exodus of energy and physical stuff. It’s sort of reminding me of Swedish death cleaning and Marie Kondo method all in one. I’m about to toss my mother effin futon out the window too. It’s so comfy but it is not aesthetic.

I want more space to grow and I know it’s going to happen. But the next move I make is going to be exactly what I want and in the best possible timing. I’m going to settle into a house where my family can have good memories growing up and not bounce around in rentals.

I’m also changing my personal aesthetic some. Mostly a wardrobe facelift. New glasses frames. I’m really going for a refresh in all aspects of my life and I couldn’t be happier.

No more funky energy. No more entertaining half-assed efforts. No more listening to people who are all words with no action behind it. No more projecting hope onto a thing and just seeing it for what it is the FIRST time. No more second or third chances. Just done with all that.

I’m too busy believing in myself and building the life I want and deserve.
