Fun FeelGood fact - did you know I have a masters degree in environment & sustainability?? 🌴— I know it may seem like all I care about it making beats and having dance parties, but i also care about this planet we live on. Today is world environment day, and the @wwf has launched an initiative to #beatplasticpollution. One thing that comes to mind is straws... why we need em? For someone who is in clubs and restaurants as much as me, I feel like it’s something we can live without.... I know some places like the @acehotel and @chezlavelle have gone #strawfree and I think other places should too. With a fresh melodic deep house sound, rising production talent, FeelGoodSmalls, remixes French Montana’s hit, “Unforgettable,” and makes the track her own.
Although this is the first track we’ve heard from FeelGoodSmalls, she certainly has impressed with her production quality, as well as her mixing skills having already featured on DJ Mag’s Fresh Kicks mix series. For this remix, FeelGoodSmalls relies on steel drum melodies in the verses along with reversed chords creating smooth progressions before transitioning smoothly into chorus sections complete with a very simple, yet effective bassline and vocal chop melodies to provide an addicting sound.
