MOVE ONE INCH AT A TIME

i had so much i needed to do today but instead spent 90% of it in bed or asleep. i guess it really is that bad

the worst part of asthma is that you could just be lying there and your chest will suddenly tighten and your throat will close up and your lungs will fill with mucus and after you take your inhaler your lungs are Still full of mucus and it clogs you up so you have to either clear your throat and hurt yourself 15,000 times or take an additional medication to thin it out so that you stop choking on it. wonderful disease truly so ecstatic that i'll be doing this every single day for the rest of my life

inflammation going CRAZY STYLE today my sinuses are swollen and keep opening incredibly high pressure little air bubbles that hurt So bad and i have a headache i'm light sensitive i'm super weak and dizzy and all of my muscles are tingling and i've already had an asthma attack today seemingly out of nowhere i've taken my beta blocker and my inhaler and a guaifenesin to clear the mucus in my chest and tylenol to take the pain down a notch. and i'm still miserable. and it's only noon

got blood drawn for follow-up testing today :) a second step in the me/cfs work-up i've been fighting Years for. actually starting to rule Big things out

sitting on that little paper in your doctor's office waiting for your appointment is a liminal space
