It's gain shake time!

Here it is! Almost 5 minutes long. I didn't want to go over that because I wasn't sure if tumblr would allow it. Cw: mentos bloat. Belches.

I managed to get an 8 second video in. I'm gonna try to start updating more. I just have to be sneaky. I'll also be doing another weigh in on May 5th to see if I've made any progress!
