I offhandedly mentioned in the store to my mother how I had always wanted to pick apart a seed block by myself in an autistic sort of way, and to my surprise she told me to put the one we had just passed in the cart

So much of the sheep's time spent trying to revive their race... yet they where unable to produce a single lamb.

Bad luck, or prophetic fate?

Recent traders have been bringing back seeds, flowers, something the bull had never put much thought to

The bull never met original death, like the bishops, gone centuries before her birth, yet unlike them, death managed to continue to exist through written and recorded history, unlike the bishops, the bull has a face to pair with the story's

The bull used to often wonder why and what,

What did he do to be locked away?

What made him wait so long?

What made him chose a lamb- this sheep

He waited until all the sheep where dead but her parent

Why wait so long

Why not any other lamb, surely any other could have done a better job than her parent ever did-

And the bull believes her parent was the worst choice for the role

But she's left this behind, what's done is done, death did his best and died for it, the sheep died for it as well, maybe if the sheep hadn't been chosen the bull wouldn't have to clean up so much mess

Maybe she wouldn't even have been born at all

Would that be better, or worse.?

The bull knows little, their deaths thousands of years ago, all she knows is the lamb refused to revive them, deep resentment in their heart enough to not even keep any records, only physical proof of their existence in the cult being their trophies of defeat, rumors of bigger plans had been circulating before the bull-

The bull stopped the lamb just in time, in the end

She is trying to figure out how to revive them himself

The bull, child to the lamb in my au, gets tired of the lamb treating it's non-lamb children like nothing, kills the lamb and takes over the cult as new god of death <3
