My wife is always sharing her time & thoughts & conversations with our daughter’s child. After #brightnights #forestpark #dinner time. Funny to hear her tell us she is going to order 1)hamburger 2)melted cheese sandwich 3) cheeseburger 4) Macaroni & Cheese. Then she tells the waitress her order. My #diet starts #NewYearsDay! Millions make resolutions and get frustrated after 30 days and Quit. The secret is not less food. The secret is a ton of physical activities (I. E. Burn 🔥 Calories burn more than you eat) 2021 is ☑️ done. I keep a Log of all my exercise. My #exercise 2021 was 206 days on the #Elliptical machine pictured here. My other exercise 60 days was #bicycle. 266 days out of 365 days! Elliptical 60 mins. Bicycle average 2hrs 15 mins. When most my age are suffering with obesity or diabetes or COPD or something else, thankfully I was blessed with good genes from (Mom & Dad) and a wife who ❤️ me alive & active. Daily exercises since 2006 has become a #ritual. I’m hopeful 2022 we see an end to #coronavirus and return to normal. #notretired #connecticut is my home!
