so a while ago i reread ring so i could recommit to reading the whole trilogy +while the first one held up okay(ish) spiral was an absolute slog and i already want to quit loop 25 pages in.. cant stand a Boy Genius™️ in most cases and kaoru is soooo fucking insufferable

hmmmmmm something similar in kevin's "darby should've gotten the job done" and swerve's "where is hangman now" like why does everyone expect them to sit tight and hang back and run support for people who can't manage to keep the big belt out of max's hands

maybe mildly hypocritical to complain about this given how much ive hyped women main eventing roh ppvs when it's been athena every time however she is also the roh world champion

honestly still peeved about this triple main event situation both for the obvious reasons and the fact that if memory serves they havent even pretended to put the womens world title in the ppv main event scene since all in texas
