Why can't my brain just fucking get it like STOP EATING YOU FUCKING PIECE OF ABSOLUTE TRASH

What a fucked couple of weeks.

I've been eating so badly and just maintaining and I feel so dumb and old and fat at uni and now it's closed due to coronavirus and honestly I'm just struggling.

So I'm back.

I had a flu thing like 2ish weeks ago and decided to eat normally until I *thought* I got better. THEN right after I got a full blown chest infection and have been absolutely fucked and for some reason my body demanded so much food and I weighed myself today and ohhhh loooordy I can't explain how upset I am.

Officially back to restricting today and tracking cals bc FUCK weight gain. Also need to start up exercise again I was doing so well before I got sick 😭.

I also legit have to start taking vitamins which I've been too poor to buy over the past few months but my immune system is fucked so rip me lol

Anyone plz feel free to help me with my motivation plz plz
