Watching this scene for the first time, a very unusual thing happened: I started thinked like I was talking to Loki. I mean, directly to Loki.
I thought "Come on, Loki, you can do this. You can do everything. I'm here for you. I'm with you". As if to give him support as I could, me, a simple spectator.
I formed such a strong bond with the character of Loki – like many other fans – that, in that moment, the culmination of his years-long narrative arc, every barrier, every screen disappeared: it was just me and him at the end of time.
I was there for him, as he has been for me since I saw Thor.
What a wonderful and heartbreaking ending. What a wonderful, powerful character.
Loki, you are so loved. So loved. Loki, the fans love you. Mobius love you. Sylvie love you. Be strong. See you'll soon. We will wait, knowing that we are guarded by you, the God of Stories.
