Ok I just made BBQ chickpeas and they are so good!! I didn’t expect how delicious they would be??? Just mix tomato paste, maple syrup and a bit of liquid smoke ans mix w/ the chickpeas and there u go! 🍅 I had that with red & white quinoa, sprouts, romaine & mushrooms in a chana masala sauce!

One of today’s feasts. I have had some serious watermelon cravings lately & they feel satisfied! Probably a few kilos worth of watermelon here, some passion fruit & topped with some fresh frozen berries. Had a good produce shop this morning & ran into someone I met a few weeks back that I really like, been studying for probably 5 hours since then & probably going to do maybe another hour, then settle down for a movie, meal & then hit the hay early for a big day of studying tomorrow
