couple important bullet points here:

the people who infected everyone else had gotten negative covid tests before traveling to the wedding

everyone was in a tent. it doesnt say how enclosed the tent was but it would definitely cut down on air flow

doesnt say whether or not people were wearing masks but i suspect not

if these people hadnt been vaccinated, it would have been a lot worse

the big delta wave will hit the US pretty soon, and is already starting in states with low vaccination rates. new mutations (delta plus, epsilon and lambda) are on the way; lambda is more infectious (symptoms and severity are unclear). the CDC is wrong, everyone should still be wearing masks indoors and in crowds (which is what the WHO says anyway). children still arent vaccinated. 

you do not want to get covid at all, even mild covid. long covid even with mild symptoms is really fucking people up (talk to anyone with a chronic illness about what this is like and hopefully they can scare you straight). even mild symptoms like “brain fog” can effectively ruin your life. one guy got tinnitus from long covid that was so bad he committed suicide.

But please keep making smart choices and calculated risks.

I think right now it is really difficult because there are so many gray areas. Many people i know who are vaccinated stopped wearing masks.

Idk what the right thing to do in this situation is .

- Our Loki starts out the episode stalling TVA for time and making them botch the mission. Mobius then notices that "stalling" is a Loki-technique. In the end, the Variant stalls our Loki for time.

- The dehumanising way the TVA talks about "Lokis" or "a Loki". B15 even calls them "it".

- Loki tried to get Mobius to take him to Asgard instead of Pompeii. He brought up Ragnarok as the example of apocalypse because he'd figured it out with the Ragnarok file, but then he casually said "take me to Ragnarok to prove the theory". Mobius even called him out for wanting to go home.

- Loki wanted specific confirmation of TVA being from the future. This traces directly to his question about what future does the TVA envision for the sacred timeline. I think he's already figured out that sacred timeline's goal is to create the TVA.

- Mobius broke the 4th wall and addressed us directly when he said (paraphrase): my motivation is either that I like you OR that I'm using you for my gain, choose one. That's 100% the fan discourse rn.

- There is a second investigator at the beak and call of the Judge, but Mobius doesn't know him despite his tight relationship with the Judge. The second investigator brings her gifts (snow globe, pen) and I think he's the one who had left marks on the coffee table (aka he's in the office more often than Mobius is). We see Mobius put his glass down twice, hitting the same spot, but clearly missing the ring. The Judge pretends to be "in" with the Timekeepers, but Mobius never even saw them.

-Mobius is lying through his teeth about Loki meeting the Timekeepers and still hasn't clearly told Loki what does the TVA plan to do with him. His second way to motivate Loki is by offering challenges (beat the "superior" Loki, beat Mobius at file research). This actually seems to work from time to time, which I find endearing.
