Heyo! Just call me Amber! Pronouns are she/her, and I’m 29 years old. I currently live in EST. Please be patient when it comes to replies, my energy is quite low and can only do writing in small amounts! But don’t let that deter you, I’m still more than happy to plot and thread!

 I created Scott circa 2013-14, and he was, surprisingly, once the human verse of Disney’s ‘Bolt’ ( and I still muse Bolt on my multi!). But as I plotted with @streetslost , the more he grew and exploded into his own character whom is now completely separate from his former inspiration. 

I’m selective and private, and Scott is already taken, as he is a singleship with Cat ( @streetslost​ ). But I’m still open to all sorts of other ships!

The stupid meme I made says it all 😂. Not only do I have things to keep in mind thanks to your insightful critiques, I’ve also been thinkin’ about moving Scott to my multi temporarily. 

Like a soft re-boot and re-introduce him to the RPC. I feel like he may get more reception for the time being rather than being on a single blog. IT’s not something I WANT to do, but it may be for the best currently.

 I think his outreach to others has gotten stale lately too ( which is completely my fault) , and I want to bring life back into him and hopefully make people interested again! And bringing him to a blog where I have the most reach may do him more favors for the moment. 

As you may all be aware, I haven’t been the most active on here recently! No one’s fault but my own , but I am getting weird vibes on here that is keeping me away. Twinnie suggested I move him to the multi, but IDK. I don’t want to do that. Scott is my baby, and I want to give him the love he deserves on a separate blog. Especially since he is almost hitting a full decade since i’ve had him.  But I’m also struggling to have the motivation to be active on his own blog, which pains me.

Part of me feels like Scott is going through a period of growing, background wise, and he isn’t exactly telling me what it is of course 😂. So it leaves me stuck about how to handle him until he figures his shit out LMAO. But unfortunately, the side effect of that makes me feel like he is boring , which I know isn’t the case. I feel he is well-rounded character, but I do feel there is something...missing and he could be improved on.

Also, I guess there is another thing.... if you read this, I just want ya’lls honesty. Does a hollywood OC seem intimidating? I know I’ve had a few people for the past decade tell me that they don’t know how to RP with him because of who and what he is, and I guess that has been sticking with me all this time even though I try to shove that thought out like a gross uninvited guest?? I try to make verses to make him easier to interact with if his main actor verse cannot be an option at all but...

IDK, I’m about to take a shower and ponder. I know I want to give him a fresh new carrd and update so many things... but do I also need to move him to a new blog to hopefully get that spark back?? I hate to move him again though and I’m just UHGHFGHGFDh.

her mother was asleep on the couch, head on scott's lap. it had been a long day, and even after all these years, they could be longer for her at times. scott had some papers in his hand that he was reading over.

little hums tickled dawn's throat before head tilted up, brown depths curious. she glazed her attention over her mother peaceful. smile tugged her lip corners. "daddy... how did you know you was in love with mommy?"

It was quiet and peaceful. The drone of the tv was a movie Dawn had already seen 100 times over, so it was quite easy to tune out. A good hour and a half of study time for the script he had in hand while his youngest daughter happily colored. Sure, he could’ve tucked himself away in his office, but between the couch and the office chair? The couch was, once again, the all-time winner of absolute coziness.

The father could be an arm’s reach to Dawn if she needed anything as well.

…and Cat. His wife was happily asleep on his lap, all warm and as snug as a bug in a rug. Fingers upon his free hand lazily brushed gentle motions upon her arm, a constant reassurance that he would be her knight in shining armor. To keep her safe from the nightmares that tried to break through. But her gentle breathing and the warmth of her body was a dangerous situation. He caught himself yawning every now and then. Words upon the sheet started to blur together, and the lines weren’t sticking to his brain as well as he would’ve liked. He felt as if he was reading the same thing over and over, but things weren’t registering. So tired for the night…. He is ready for bed. 

Thank goodness Dawn gave him an excuse to put down the script. Her question was far more interesting than ink etchings on a page.

 A soft grin spread wide across his features. Eyes drifted down on the sleeping form, and he gently brushed the topside of his finger upon her cheek. So much work to get to this moment, but nothing he would take back. Soft hues fell back to his daughter. “Now that’s a good question. I honestly…don’t really know myself.” It was a slow build up. He isn’t exactly sure when it happened. It clicked in place a few times before it settled. “I believe it was due to her stubborn determination despite everything that was thrown against her at the time. She was indeed a stubborn bull, and her will to move forward caught my attention and even inspired me. Your mom is a very brave and strong force of nature.” He laughs quietly.
