I try, but you see, it's hard to explain.

I keep, keep, keep on movin'. Don't stop, there's nothing to it. 

There comes a time when you look into the mirror and realize that what you see is all you will ever be. And then you accept it. Or you kill yourself. Or you stop looking into mirrors. 

Around us, the madness of empires continues. 

How happy we are,

How unhappy we are, doesn't matter.

The stone turtle listens. The famished horse runs.

Turning door knobs, one year enters another. 

in the middle of the night I went to find my handkerchief wasn't where I thought it was you're always looking where you think it is walkin up the stairs I saw a person standing there I asked her where she thought it was she says nothing's where you think it is
