I don't either....I assumed that people would know better than to disturb the dead...

But they don't. Technically we are too but it's that or Alduin has all his Dragon Priests back.

Definitely not. (Severine shook her head as they continued on their merry way to the main chamber. More draugr appear. Severine casts dual Elemental Burst and Ezio casts Sun's Wrath on them. )

No idea. (Ezio casts Flame Atronach to get extra help.)

(Nirithur, sneezing and cursing colorfully in Falmeris, rejoins them in battle.)

If I have to make a guess, I would - achoo! - say that they are just very fond of their mass burials.

Now i see why my Altmer ancestors were fond of just cremating the dead. Stops (She runs out of Magicka so she takes out her sword to kill a Draugr) this from happening! (She beheads the Draugr.)
