Just to disprove all the people who are saying they're rich and hoarding money.

That would be if they rocked up on tour. Sang 10 songs, did none of the extra stage stuff they've been doing, and went home.

You cannot have your cake and eat it. They are famous. People want to see them live. They do not owe you anything. (*Cough* an album). Music is deeply personal, you cannot ask someone to just produce new music? That's insane?

Concert tickets are expensive as hell, because, news flash, big venues are so fucking expensive, wages (to be paid to staff) are higher than they used to be, everything is. I mean just thinking about the number of security people you saw. I would say in the hundreds, maybe 300 odd... like there are so many, they all have to be paid for every hour they are there man. Let alone the rest of it

I mean, yes, they made profit from this tour, but I can't imagine the profit margins were huge , certainly in the uk I don't think the tickets were completely unreasonable.

The thing is, people call them selfish for not producing music but going on tour. But in my opinion , it would be more selfish of them to just live off royalties forever, although that's not selfish , because again , people do not owe you anything. Not even famous people.

For me, them going on tour shows they still love it. And its amazing for fans (new and old) to be able to experience it live. We go to concerts and choose to spend our hard earned money and thats on us. Plus the live streams, which of course isnt the same but they are there.

Non of this screams selfish rich people to me. And also these guys all have families etc. They are asking them to travel the world as well, to give up normal summers.
