Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
If you’re having one of those dark seasons in your life, remember this verse, God loves you so much, He will NOT leave you in it. Wait and trust Him, with His perfect timing you will be rescued and blessed.
Look At The Sky 🌅
Look at the sky. Don’t just look, take it in. The beauty of it all, the blue, the pearly white clouds, the birds flying perfectly with the wind. It was all created by God.
On my hardest days, I look at the sky, or if you’re lucky, you catch a sunset on your drive home. I don’t know about you, but I can literally feel God’s presence. Without even thinking, I feel covered by His grace. It’s an amazing gift to see it every day. Knowing God made it brings me peace, because if God can make the heavens and the earth, then there is nothing He cannot do (Luke 1:37). All my doubts and worries disappear instantly.
If you truly know God and how much He loves you, worrying begins to feel redundant. There have been so many times I’ve faced obstacles, severe financial instability, job loss, physical limitations and hearing impairment, harsh criticism, and the loss of a parent at a young age. The trials go on and on, and they never fully stop. God never said life would be easy, but He promised He would be by our side. He sends His angels to protect us. Just imagine it for a moment: a six-foot-tall warrior in full armor, shield and sword in hand, circling around you. It’s incredible.
John 10:10
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.”
I trust God with everything. He’s not my last resort or a figment of my imagination. Talk to Him about your fears, your doubts, the miracles you need, just pour it all out.
Matthew 7:7–8
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.”
Love you ❤️
Written 8th December 6:22pm
I was just having lunch at my favourite café when a tradie suddenly came up beside me. I thought he was going to ask me to move my car or something, but instead he said, “I saw your shirt,” and gave me this lovely note. It was such a beautiful gift and reminder. Thank you to that man, if it’s even possible for him to see this.
If you’re curious, the back of my shirt says “Faithful and True.”
When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. Isaiah 43:2
God is always with you, He knows the situation you’re in, knowing He is for you and is with you is great comfort.
If you haven’t ask God to help, do it! ask for His miracle, sit back, have patience, watch His work unfold right in front of you and then share what He’s done for you because He deserves it!
I encourage you to share your testimony in the comment and let’s come together to praise God!
Love you! 💕✝️

Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone.
Romans 12:17
Don’t repay evil with evil, be the light instead, love and pray for them.
It is hard but it’s the right thing to do, we are called to not be selfish and to do good in the world.
Abuse your abusers
If you abuse your abuser you won’t be walking in the right path with Jesus, your abuser will answer to Him and He will put conviction into their hearts.
I’ve had loads of abuser, my mother being the worst one in my earliest memory and into my adulthood, I never felt safe, free and was totally afraid of people.
I can’t explain how much He’s done for me this year. I have every right to be mad at everyone of my abuser but I can’t, it wouldn’t get me anywhere or any rewards, it actually just take away my peace, destroy my mental health and self worth.
I dare you to ask God to come into your life and heal the hurt that’s been done to you, He knows everything and the pain you feel, He wants to help you, love you and heal you if you let Him.
Grab your Bible and the answer will all be there.
God bless you! ✝️

Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
Proverbs 4:23
Right now for me this verse is about setting boundaries to keep my mental health at peace, I’ve gone no contact with my covert narcissistic mother and my life has changed to be more joyful and at peace now.
This verse also ties to what you listen to, what you watch, the people you’re around, anything you know that’s not good for your soul in the long run that’s not aligned with God.
The Lord will fight for you, you need only to be still. Exodus 14:14
My verse today to share with you!
✝️ Psalm 3:3
But you, O lord, are a shield for me, my glory and the One who lifts up my head.
This is such a beautiful verse! God is our Shield and protector and we shall trust him to protect and strengthen us in the storms we are stuck in, He will shield and get us out of it. Patience and trust is all we need to do.

Feeling Joy Again
Lately, I’ve been noticing a shift in my heart. I feel lighter, happier, and more at peace than I have in a long time. I can see the changes in myself, the patience I’ve gained, the strength I’ve found, and the joy that seems to bubble up even on ordinary days.
I know this growth hasn’t come from me alone. It’s been Jesus guiding me, helping me stand firm in my boundaries, heal from past hurts, and open my heart to life again. I feel proud of how far I’ve come and excited for what’s ahead.
Even when life throws little challenges my way, I feel confident that I can navigate them with grace and faith. I’m learning that joy isn’t just a fleeting feeling, it’s a choice, a practice, and a gift.
Psalm 16:11 (NIV) ✝️
You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you. Isaiah 43:2
Remember, God is with you and is FOR you, trust him. ✝️
She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.
Proverbs 31:25
The verse that perfectly captures what I needed to hear in this season of life.
My Childhood
Being alone to the point of complete isolation is the hardest thing to overcome; it's almost a lifetime recovery; it affects the way I see myself today. If you've grown up like I did, my heart goes out to you. Know that you are now not alone. Even if you still don’t have anyone in your life right now, you've got me and the community we will build together. And whether you have faith in God or not, he really loves you; look out for him and his goodness.
Deuteronomy 31:6, Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified... for the Lord your God goes with you, He will never leave you nor forsake you.
Let's get into it. I will touch base on a couple of topics, but together they become the grief and isolation I endured. When you read through this, you may feel it is relatable or trigger a few memories. I encourage you to be compassionate with yourself and know that it's over, and you're safe now. I only recently started doing a deep dive into my memories during my therapy appointment every 2 weeks for the last 5 months now, it has made a real impact, if you haven't got one or you don't find your sessions helpful, you can change to another therapist with high reviews and affordable if your like me, most therapist will allow a trial run to figure out if it's a right match. I immediately knew I liked my therapist, Jenny, before I sat in the chair. She knew I was extremely stressed and anxious from my social anxiety and got me to breathe with her; it was perfect as can be.
My earliest memories of my mother were that she was barely around or available because she prioritised her studies and career in high school teaching, even when she was off the clock, she was glued to her laptop in her bed, she was on the laptop when I got up in the morning and when I went to bed, even the holidays she was working.
It was easier to handle mum’s disappearance until my Dad passed away when I was nine years old, Dad was the fun and nurturing parent who was present, he was was the take your child to work day in his garden truck, take you fishing on the weekend, just him and I catching crabs, one time that’s my favourite memory was when he caught a small brown pufferfish and he tickle it, it did it's own version of a laugh and dad told me to kiss it and then he popped it back into the water. I was devastated when he passed. He was my childhood, took all my happiness and enjoyment of life with him.
My mother threw herself into her work more and eventually started working on her published book, which she wrote about her journey with my cancer, my dad’s cancer and his passing. I hate that book because it had more of her attention and love than my sisters and I did.
After Dad’s passing, I got severely depressed and isolated and couldn’t seek comfort from my Mother as she stoned my Dad's name meaning we were not allowed to talk about him, say we missed him, or ask memories about him, what else was devastating was she got rid of everything of his so quickly, even the blue fishing rod he bought me in the shed, i pleaded with her not to get rid of it but she did because i won't and don't use it but that not why, it was a gift from my dad and all the memories of fishing.
Being unable to get support for what was supposed to be a nurturing and emotionally supportive mother was unimaginable and unbearable; every night, and I mean that literally, I would lie in my bed and silent sob for years because i missed him, pleaded with God I wanted him back, or to hear him ( I'm crying while writing this, it's still painful ), i would have vision that he would be beamed down in the night sky and hug me and told me he loved me and then i would fall asleep with tears in my eyes.
My sisters excluded me from their lives because I was different.
I was different because of my disability from the side effect of Chemotherapy when I was 1 year old, all my primary school years, I had countless visits to the hospital for the Audiologist, speech therapy, oncologist and surgeons for my right leg, foot and head for my bilateral Cochlear Implants. I will post a more in-depth story soon.
My sisters were very hateful towards me. If I asked my older sister, let's call her Rose, how her day was, she would stop what she was doing, look at me with darkness in her eyes, and tell me to stop talking to her or slam the door in my face every time I tried to talk to her.. My little sister, we'll call her Spencer, because she reminds me of Spencer from Pretty Little Liars because of the hairstyle and bangs. Spencer idolised Thea so much that she mirrored the same behaviour. Spencer was also a very bold and aggressive personality, very strong in her opinion.
When I was 18 years old, I went to youth church every Friday night, but this one night was different; nothing was different about the service or the preaching. At the end of the preach, we'd normally worship, and during the worship, I opened my heart to God and asked him to take away the sadness, and immediately, this weight came off my shoulders. He literally took it into his hands. I never felt that kind of sadness again, and I thank Him for it.
Matthew 7:7, Ask, and it will be given to you, seek, and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you.
The exclusion and the treatment still lasted years more, but the biggest hurdle was the depression, and that was gone. I hope this helps you, however it can. Even the smallest relatable feeling goes a long way.
With hugs and love.
This is your reminder that tomorrow literally isn’t promised, @CharlieKirk thought he had more time. Don’t take it for granted, thank and praise God for providing a new day, the food we eat, the jobs we have and the roof over our heads.
Let’s show God we love and appreciate Him today and furthermore. ✝️

Healing In Progress Blog Launch
Hi New Friends
Welcome to my brand new blog, woohoo!
At 25 years of age, I’ve been through a lot of hard times, like I’m just now healing trauma from day 1, yes, I mean day 1. The first day on Earth, I had a SUPER rare cancer called Sacrococcygeal teratoma, which affects 2% of newborn babies globally. What happens is that a baby, while developing in the womb, will have a large growing lump on the tailbone of the fetus. After being born, the doctors immediately saw it because it was huge and had they had no idea what the lump was, for 6 months, they declared it wasn’t cancer but a ball of fluid. They came back to my parents and said, “We were wrong, it’s definitely cancer” They thereafter discussed the treatment plan, which was chemotherapy and surgery once small enough. The doctors had a hard time saying that this treatment plan was leaving me with a 10% chance of survival, and if i did survive, I would lose my hearing due to the kind of chemotherapy they had to use.
What happened next? Oh, I survived, haha. But I did lose 100% of my hearing and depends on cochlears since I was 5 years old, another thing was my right leg is minimally damaged and i can explain more another time about the actual details of the whole treatment journey.
Why did I start a blog? Not only did I go through cancer, but I also got badly bullied for it in my school years. My dad died when I was 9 years old. tragically, for the next 8 years, I was neglected and emotional abandoned by my Mum and cast aside and excluded by my 2 sisters. I was devastatingly alone not a single person cared about me. I was invisible to the world, with severe depression, grief and other emotional trauma.
I’ve been going to a good therapist and working on fixing my mental health, social anxiety and C-ptsd, i recently joined a gym, and just an hour ago, I got inspired to share my story with you, literally ran out the gym to start this blog. I really want to help and inspire you to make changes in your life with confidence and freedom from external and internal barriers.
