Canon tells us that Circuit can physically crawl out of computers and that Integrity kinda comes and goes as he pleases. Here's my million headcanons related to that
Void creatures disrupt all electronics around them. Circuit and Integrity make them glitch out and possibly corrupt data, TBE would fry any and all electronic and electrical items in like a 100 meter radius
It's physically exhausting for void creatures to exist in the real world, and they can only do it for a couple of hours at a time
For Circuit, it feels normal until it kinda crashes and gets really tired all at once. For Integrity it's more gradual, and if he wanted to stretch how long he can be outside for whatever reason, it'd be safer for him to do that than it'd be for Circuit. (I'll talk about TBE later)
Circuit has to physically crawl back into a computer, Integrity doesn't need to, he just teleports I think
TBE can't enter the real world because it's a lot harder for it than it is for the others + it can only manage small bursts of activity and Becoming Real is far from small
(It overexerted itself in 2018 and never fully recovered)
If it had ever tried to do it before becoming unable to, it'd have looked a bit like this: imagine you're a player and you get killed by TBE in game. Your computer starts glitching the fuck out, your speakers are still crackling and making loud sounds even though the game is closed now, it looks like your graphics card is burning to a crisp. You step back and you realize that it actually is, and there's smoke coming out of your computer.
The lights in your room start flickering and the smoke becomes way thicker than it should be. It drips off the table like a liquid and it forms tendrils in the air. The lights break, you hear more things breaking outside, there's sparks flying everywhere, and you can't see anything. A pile of black wires forms amidst the smoke and mixes with the molten plastic around it. You probably ran outside at this point, and you see the roof of your house collapse when the mass of wires stands up to its full height and stares directly at you.
So yeah that's a lot more disruptive than Circuit and Integrity are. That's kinda just what happens when TBE is around, it's not something it can control. Unfortunately that doesn't make it any less exhausting
If TBE did try to get out of the game now it couldn't get past the 'pile of wires materializes from the smoke' stage. It's still extremely damaging because it'd melt down all the wires in your immediate area but yknow. You'd at least have a chance
It wouldn't die from trying btw. It'd just need a loooong break back in Minecraft
Also if it had left the game when it was still able to, it would have been kinda out of it the whole time. Like a dream. And it would have melted into black goop and returned to Minecraft immediately after killing its target
Only tangentially related, but I like to think that TBE isn't actually that far from Integrity in terms of raw power. It's just that Integrity can channel it very efficiently + he's kinda one with Minecraft itself, and TBE is like the entity equivalent of throwing a live high voltage wire into a swimming pool
Also only tangentially related, but Circuit is the only void entity that can restore energy by "eating" instead of just resting in the void. It can eat mobs, all sorts of data, and players (as in their in-game avatars and also in real life)
Circuit disguised as Ram was the one who killed Jagerooo
TBE spends most of its time dormant in the void, only rarely waking up and even more rarely deciding to go to the surface.
