█                          "AND THAT IS WHY you shouldn't use your lasers on your brother" Tara finished her one hour long presentation made in PowerPoint with proud smile on her face. As she closed her laptop, she saw that Nora and Billy felt asleep listening her preach about dangerous side of their superpowers. She looked permissively on them and let out quite chuckle, she wasn't mad at them, because she knew that they were only teenagers who didn't like when someone was lecturing them about their behaviour. She took a book from coffee table and smashed it on it hard to woke up the kids, they hopped a little looking around confused. They met Tara's glare and sighed with tiredness.

"Billy remind me to tell parents that we don't want to stay with Tara anymore" Nora said to her half asleep brother, rolling her eyes.

"Hey! Max and your parents said it's an amazing presentation" Tara argue, imitating sad tone. In reality she knew that kids wouldn't be amazed by her work, but she doesn't cared, and let's be honest she couldn't stay mad at these kids.

"They said this, because Max is your boyfriend and our parents are well. . . our parents" Billy said and Tara just chuckled. "Okay kiddos, you're free to go and play for a bit, but no lasers!" she mimic Barb's serious voice.

Of course they didn't listen her at all, and the second after she turned back, kids started their little silly game one again.

Tara couldn't understand how she love those kiddos just like she would love her own children, of course it could be because she knew them when they were a little babies, but maybe the real reason why she acted like that was because of her lack of mother in childhood. Tara grew up without one parent, she hasn't had the worst childhood possible, in fact she has pleasant memories with her dad goofing around, as he tried to be the "cool" parent, but now as he was kinda sucked into business game, he wasn't in home that much.

That's why Tara was sometimes jealous about Max's family, they were just so perfect in her eyes that it made her mad every time her precious little girlfriend, acted negligent when it came to the family issues. As she heard the front door slammed, she turned around and saw Max who had his guitar on his back.

He saw a laptop on the table and a grimace showed up on his face.

"So you actually showed them this presentation?" he sat down on the couch, looking at her with disbelief.

"Well of course? They need to know about the consequences of their actions, lasers are a dangerous weapon" she said, as if that was something really obvious, "plus hey! you said it wasn't that bad" she said acting a bit offended.

"I guess we all need to lie from time to time" he grinned as Tara just playfully rolled her eyes, but a little smile appeared on her lips.

"You're a dork" she laughed as she sat down next to him, kissing him on the cheek. "So what about I will do a presentation for you and Phoebe about how dangerous is to freeze your own siblings?" of course she wouldn't do such a thing (even if Phoebe will probably like to see her brother suffer during the lecture) but it was always okay to joke.

"God no, when you're lecturing you sound like my mom and I don't want to imagine you're my mom, that's terrifying" Max said with truly scared tone, trying to not imagine his girlfriend as Barb. Tara needed to bite on her tongue to not say, that Max often acts like a little baby, who just needs their mother so they won't kill themselves.

█                          TARA's absolutely weakness was kids. She has dreamed about being a mom since her childhood. As a kiddo she was playing with doll that looked like newborn, acting like a mommy to her. The fact that she was the only child didn't help her baby fever phase. Fortunately for her, she had a bunch of neighbours who had children that she could babysit from time to time, even if for almost everyone spending time with a little child was a pain in the ass, for Tara it was time to relax and forget about all the problems she had.

When her boyfriend Max told her that his mom was expecting another child, she was literally jumping from happiness. She already was a free babysitter for Nora and Billy, and don't get me wrong, she absolutely adored them, but they were teenagers and the vision of having a chance to spending time with a little kiddo made her absolutely overjoyed. Her reaction made Max chuckled a bit, as he was watching his girlfriend with adoration in eyes.

"I bet it's gonna be a cutie little baby girl" Tara said with a magnificent smile.

"Nah, that's gonna be a boy" Max said with a smirk, standing in front of Tara who still was standing on his bed.

"Okay, let's make a bet then. If it will be a girl then you are gonna buy me a milkshake but if it will a boy then I will buy you this hoverboard that you want" she smiled at him and pulled out her hand forward.

"Deal" he shook her hand with proud smile, pulling her closer to him and kiss her sweetly.

TARA knew about Thundermans and their powers, that's why she wasn't even surprised that their new baby came to the world really quick. She also felt sorry for Mrs. Thunderman and her difficult birth, even if most of the time she was jealous that her boyfriend's family have that amazing powers, at that moment she was relieved that she was just a regular human.

After seeing another lighting coming out from the bedroom upstairs, she squeezed Max's hand tighter, he knew that his girlfriend was worried about his mom, but at some moments she looked more worried about his dad who fallen from the stairs a countless time. For him personally, it was funny, he already did a bunch of photos and videos of Hank's 'incidents'.

And as much as Tara didn't like when kids were making fun of their own parents, she could admit that some of the pics and jokes about this situation made her smile a little bit. She knew that they did it to relax atmosphere.

After a few hours of waiting for the little to show up in this world, finally they could come in the bedroom, where Barb was laying down on the bed with a newborn in her arms. Tara could feel how her eyes started to tearing up as she looked at a little baby, she side hugged Max to hide her affection. She felt her boyfriend kissing the top of her head, also being a bit affected but mostly because of Tara's awesome reaction.

"Everyone meet a new sister, Chloe" Barb said with a tired smile.

"Ha! I won" Tara shouted with excitement, pointing on her boyfriend, doing her little victory dance as everyone else laughed watching Max who rolled his eyes, trying to hide his smile.

AS a kid, you loved barbies dolls; you had every single one. it was your childhood. you always wanted to look like barbie, have perfect skin, and have this many clothes. even as an adult, you still watch barbie movies because you want to forget about the world and be happy for a few hours.

you had a stereotypically boring life: a boring job, an evil boss, almost no friends, etc. you wanted to live an exciting lifestyle, but you just couldn’t. also you had very low self-confidence, so that was the reason why you didn’t change your life because you thought that you didn’t deserve that.

right now, you're sitting on the bench, waiting for the bus. it was a pretty normal day, but suddenly you felt someone was looking at you. you looked at the blonde haired girl who was smiling at you. forcing a smile, you felt a little confused. ‘did i have something on my face?’ you thought.

“you are beautiful,” you heard the blonde-haired girl say. you frowned. you felt confused because no one had ever said something like that to you before. especially not the perfect girl. you smiled at her, but this time without forcing it. it was a nice feeling when someone complimented you when you were tired and didn’t like the way you looked.

“thank you, you’re gorgeous.” she kept smiling at you as she sat closer to you. “i’m y/n” you introduced yourself.

“nice to meet you, i’m barbie” she said, and you became more confused. it was impossible that you were talking to a real barbie, you weren’t living in a dream. but when you asked her if that was her nickname and she said ‘no' you believed her and didn’t care if she lied.

“i have always admired you, barbie, you are my inspiration. i always wanted to be like you” you said with a tired smile as she spread her shoulders, inviting you for a hug. you hugged her tightly, finding weird comfort in her shoulders.

“you are like me, y/n. all women are barbie, you are beautiful and strong, just like me. you are barbie.” when you heard her words, you realized that she didn’t just say that to make you feel better because she didn’t even know who you were. she really meant that. all women are barbies in real life, and so are you.

IT was a pretty normal day in the barbieland. you were chilling at the beach with your best friend, — allan. it isn’t surprising that you spend almost every second with him; you didn’t expect that it was going to change anytime soon. right now, you and allan were "drinking" your colorful drinks with paper umbrellas as decorations. it was a beautiful day (to be honest, every day in barbieland was just perfect).

“hi barbie!” you heard ken calling your name as you just smiled at him and waved.

“hi ken!” you have always liked Ken; he was hilarious, and sometimes he could be really sweet. “i really like your outfit today, ken, it suits you.” you smiled nicely, being honest with him.

“thank you, barbie, you also look pretty” he said, and you only smiled shyly at his compliment. allan sent you a surprised look because he didn’t know that you would like Ken. maybe it was fear that he would lose you (of course it wasn’t true). but at the same time, you knew that he was supporting.

today was girls night at the stereotypical barbie’s dream house. you loved them, and you always have the best time with all barbies. but today you wanted to spend time alone with ken, you loved sleepovers with allan, so why don't you do it with ken instead? you find Ken standing on the beach doing nothing, so you come to him and poke his arm to get his attention.

“hi barbie! how are you?” he asked as you smiled at him.

“i’m doing fine, thank you. i was wondering if you want to have a sleepover with me today?” you asked him, wishing that he would say ‘yes’.

“as a girlfriend and boyfriend?” he crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow. you nodded excitedly, and he instantly agreed.

“what will we do as a boyfriend and girlfriend?” ken asked you as you two walked to your house.

“we can hold hands, we can kiss our cheeks, and we can cuddle,” you answered as he smiled at you sweetly, grabbed your hand, and kissed your cheek as you smiled flatter.
