I’m assuming the cast’s species do not affect them in blsmp? Or do they? Like how Bella is a shapeshifter, or how Pink is an undead-angel-thing, does it give them any debuffs? Any buffs? And if they don’t, hypothetically what would happen if their species *did* end up affecting their capabilities one way or another!!!
Currently, their species doesn't affect them aside from cosmetics and like, non-problems like Pink getting blinded in the morning. This is because it would make everyone too OP.
Bella's shapeshifting is notably not mentioned in BLSMP because I couldn't find a way to work it into the plot - hence why it's not even mentioned in the tags, when the other 5 are. She would have just kept that ability, think of it similarly to Scott's ability in Wild Life.
Tanqr would gain night-vision, which is mighty capable in the Life Series on its own. For reasons I won't explain, he would gain other powers as well as that but would have no idea how to use them, so he loses that buff.
Albert would get flight capabilities. Do not let him have flight capabilities.
Russo would gain his usual truth-telling abilities. In a social game like the Life Series, that's...extremely powerful! People like Scar and BigB would have a hard time going up against him! While the BLSMPers tend to focus a little more on the fighting element, it's still very much there.
Sketch...I guess I can talk about this, but Sketch feeds on people's fear of his true form. So he technically wouldn't be able to do much other than stare people down and shapeshift into his base form - but uh, I don't think anyone would want to fight a mass of eyes. So. Intimidation tactic.
PinkLeaf...okay, Pink's an exception, because I actually don't think Pink would get any buffs. My specific design for him only gets debuffs, since he doesn't have wings, just a halo, so that might blind him sometimes.
