facts about me! i'm 21, she/her pronouns, i'm attending college here in Nacrene City as a theater major in my second year, i prefer doing musicals, i'm employed, i have a Youtube channel that i post on for fun, and i'm interested in ghosts and "haunted" locations
i also only have one pokemon and that is my partner pokemon Jolene aka Josie aka Jojo! she's a houndoom <3

i do understand why houndoom have gained the reputation they have, however that is majority to do with the fact many folks just don’t train their houndoom properly or catch them wild and then expect them to immediately assimilate to life as a domestic pokemon or don’t get them from responsible breeders which are all factors that can result in them growing to be reactive and or aggressive
my jolene is an incredible pokemon, she is quite laidback, was specifically bred with the intent of her being a family pokemon, is quite intelligent, and doesn’t get spooked by much! but this is all due to the fact that she is from a responsible breeder, i received her as a houndour so she was easier to handle, i was 17 when i received her, and my parents assisted with her training because they specifically got her for me so when i moved out for college i wasn’t alone
so it’s important to do your research and get your pokemon the proper training they need and the proper accommodations for getting use to life as a domestic pokemon if they had previously been wild
