Currently working on: another part of that rather indulgent drabble I wrote (Soldiering On), all in Diamondback’s perspective. And outside of that we got worldbuilding for a d&d campaign, the Aliens AU fanfic, and drawing…AND music…

Current Obsession: Near Dark, more specifically Severen Van Sickle. At this point my blogs just a fangirl/yumeship space where I obsess over some 132 year old man with 20 minutes of screen time FAH- promise I’ll post about other vampire medias in the future like The Lost Boys (Dwayne my love), Interview with the Vampire, vtm, etc. I also yap about my celeb crushes (bird detected), 80s movies, horror and fandom stuff in general!

Currently reading: Children of Blood and Bone! I started reading it over a year ago and absolutely love it but got too distracted with binge watching shows and movies. Only got like ten chapters left as of writing this, but once I’m done with the other two books in the series I’m really hoping to move on to one of the western/vampire book recommendations from @we-keep-odd-hours (hope you don’t mind the mention)… I have tooooo many books on my shelf though 😅

Currently working on: a meme edit of the Near Dark Characters, but I need to pick back up my Severen x reader fic. It’s definitely gonna be ooc but fuck it, it’s my first time writing and it touches on a kink trope I’ve yet to see anyone else write this character for. More scared to post it in case my future boss finds it atp lol. Also am torn between working on modifying my near dark oc to make a the lost boys version for roleplaying purpose or just make another side blog for one of my other vampire ocs (the username idea I have isn’t taken 👀)

so you no longer play as amanda in AI:2 (at least for now), you play as blake, a woman on a survey team who is currently searching a derelict ship alongside two other people. said ship is parts of sevastapool that survived the crash at the end of the first game or whatever

my thought process here is. well you don't play as amanda but she narrates the intro and will most likely make an appearance later so this is clearly the torch being passed to another playable character yada yada.

Idk if the tie-in writers are even required to read the colonial marines handbook like they used to be ._.
