Today I had my first exam and I passed it with an excellent mark!!! I think we were lucky, the teacher was kind. Unfortunately the other exams will be harder...
For breakfast before the exam, I had a very hearty chicken soup.
Rice cake and coffee as a snack then I came home.
For lunch I had my favorite mix of cottage cheese with a banana, Greek yogurt, pumpkin seeds and another cup of coffee.
Fried in a small amount of oil tofu, chicken and carrot with mushroom sauce and a little kimchi for dinner (I need to empty the fridge before I leave for weekends, so I just mixed everything I found, lol)
During the day, I went to the store to buy a little surprise for my sister, a couple of energy drinks that are not available in her city, and a latiao that she did not ask for, but I know that she loves it (these things don't tempt me, because I don't like them)
Damn! It was so hard to walk between the shelves of my favorite food and deny myself 😭 I wanted to get a small salted caramel ice cream cone or a donut, but I closed my eyes and ran out of the store before I actually got something, hahah
I usually allowed myself to eat sweets, but in that case I cut calories from regular food. Like, that's what I've always done! Now I'm going to do the opposite...
