This whole if it were another team it would be different is a lode of bullshit. It's not RB fault they have money and other teams can't reach the cap. You can't punish them based on if it were another team that has no money what would happen. Who the fuck are you, me and this guy to decide what is enough?

If another team decided to over spend next year it won't be because RB didn't get punished harshly but because they found a gray area. And if they were to make the same mistakes RB made it wouldn't be the same situation so this precedent wouldn't apply fully. The FIA has stated that RB went over the budget unintentionally. If another team goes over next year in the same way RB did than that would be an intentional breach.
For an over spend of 0.36% they want for the next years budget to be lowered by 5% how is that fair.
This guy clearly doesn't understand how much the ATR punishment will affect RB or any other team if they got punished. And it will affect them, they now have no room for errors.
The ATR punishment that he is suggesting is beyond any reason. It would also put drivers in danger because aerodynamic could make the car unstable.
With the current RBR car's above average condition, FIA's punishment isn't made to punish them, merely only to inconvenient them.
If Hamilton and Vettel can get disqualified for things that they can't control, RBR should've gotten harsher punishment than just a fine and 10% less ATR.

Max's gf and her entire family is shit, and so is Max's dad who has a record of child neglect btw when he's little. He dived into Formula series when he still couldn't consume alcohol legally, and slowly turned to be an ass and got an army of asshole fans (Orange army and overall F1twt Max fans).
I know I'm neutral to this, but yes Max's environment was, is, and always be shit, except if he move to another team where he doesn't get treated like a king and more like an actual human being with good and healthy social environment and psychological help.
