We know from the latest video that despite Verity claiming to know everything, there are some gaps in his knowledge about his origin and about why he can’t die/be deleted.

It’s safe to assume that he’s not actually omnipotent. So why did he know so much about Mob?

I have a theory that this “everything” he claims to know isn’t the actual concept of everything in existence, but rather the thing he considers to be the center of his existence.

That’s why he knew some aspects about Mob’s real life. Why he could feel things without being able to explain it. Verity didn’t know “everything,” he only knew his everything.

Mob was his everything.

Mob felt bad for him. He tried to send him home. He didn’t want to die. But there was no way to get rid of Verity forever, and both of them knew it.

But also, since Verity said that Mob was the first and only one to have come back after running away, this is the only time he could’ve seen a player physically remove themselves just to get away from him.

That really must suck for Verity, knowing all of his friends leave him, and the only one who didn’t decided that dying was more favorable than being around him.

Mob gave an AI the ability to not only think, but to hope. The first and only time Verity felt hope was immediately taken away. He’s hopeless in every sense of the word. Hopeless to the cycle. Hopeless to having a friend. Because Mob was his hope, and now he’s gone.

IMPORTANT FEELINGS?!!

He loves us. He literally loves us so much.

The fact that he feels so comfortable around us that he wants to share every bit of his hyper fixation (and he thinks of spending time with us as a memory he’ll always remember)

I know I’m reaching at this point, but look at Billy’s interactions with the proxy in the epilogue! That boy was scared shitless! HE LITERALLY COUNTED THE SECONDS!!!

Okay so Regect fought with the eyes for 5 years straight because they insulted Micha.

Regect was only under the assumption that Micha passed away, not that the eyes killed him.

If Regect got that pissed over an insult, imagine how angry he’ll be when he finds out that the eyes literally trapped Micha and presumably a bunch of other people’s souls in the Minecraft world.

Micha was literally his baby.
