my anxiety is through the roof. im being self destructive. i wanted to self-harm today.

i didn’t get an interview. it’s not the end, there are still opportunities. it’s affecting me way worse than i thought. i feel like i’m not good enough.

pro tip don’t go off antidepressants and birth control at the same time

Why does getting off birth control make you feel so nervous and restless like chill hormones. Also lowering dose of antidepressants. It’s like you can’t win here. Get off the pill crazy hormones, be on the pill side effect anxiety. Be on antidepressants okay but other side effects that make you feel anxious, off I don’t know what to feel yet?

i’m going off my meds. It’s day 3 and I already feel withdrawal, i feel lightheaded and sick. please, I want to be ok. i know i can be. It would just be great if feeling like shit wasn’t a part of the procey

I left my healthy routines somewhere and fell back into the horrible pit of anxiety. Recovery is hard. Getting better has ups and downs. pls can we go up again. It seems like this will last forever.
